Mainly shooty list with HQ supports and 1 CC squad to counter others. Thoughts?

I would drop the lokhusts with Enmitic Exterminator, AP -1 is not good enough. Add tomb blades, or scarabs for some faster units to grab objectives.

Right.
The army is too slow for objective grabbing and maneuvering.

Scarabs move +2 inches more than the heavys but they are not objective secured. So why scarabs? Alternatively can drop 3 skorptekh destroyers for 6 scarabs

You don't really need the Enmitic Exterminator Destroyers as others have said. They are honestly pretty bad for their points.

Also, unless you are in a super tank heavy meta, you don't need 3x Lokhust Heavies with Destructors and 3x Doomstalkers. This is a local meta call, but you could almost just do 3 units of 1 LHD with Gauss to satisfy most of your anti-tank. I'd suggest either that or the doomstalkers, not both.

I normally would suggest a CCB Overlord, but if you want to run the Foot one, consider adding some Sword and Board Lychguard. You've also have enough core that it's more than worth the CP usage for Hand of the Phaeron.

With a move of 10 and FLY. Scarabs can get around the board and allow your other units to keep from getting shifted.
They can also dish out mortal wounds with Self Destruct and with being able to regenerate, you can get back a base, or two worth after the shooting phase.

But mostly, they'd do best as tar-pit unit.
Take 6-7 scarabs if at all possible, because smaller numbers cut into with morale and possibly being brought down with ranged fire.

One has to wonder. Do the Tyranids consider drop-assault troops... fast food?

They can also intercept enemy smites, area denial. Its a multi purpose unit which every necron army should have.

I remember when flamer and blast weapons were a complete nightmare for units like that.
They're bad now, no doubt. But it's not as bad as it was.

Which reminds me. I wonder when my Dread Knights are going to get torrent back on their flamers.
