Well, not a bad approach with all those cc-units.
How about Rad-wreathed?

So many canoptek units without a technomancer with canoptek control node is very stupid.

A technomancer will never be anywhere near the things that would benefit from it. The control node is good for doomstalkers but otherwise it's a trap that will hobble your army.
This list is pretty much perfect for what you're going for. I would possibly try a find some points to up the scarabs to full squads. A second chronomancer to throw out another 5++ on a scarab unit would also go a long way but these are both probably sidegrades.

The control node has 6" range, and can be increased to 9". With 33 models who can benefit its almost impossible that no model is within range.

With an advance and the 9" range you'll be still be out of range to anything that charged turn 1 and that's the whole point of the list. He'll likely end up so out of position that he'll die soon after. Later in the game is all about the skorpekhs which gain nothing from the technomancer. Chronomancer beats techno every time with these kinds of lists because he can hand out buffs in the command phase.

With the wraiths and spiders, you'll want that extra hit profile that the technomancer provides, and while I do understand your reasoning for the chronomancer. Your army is going to need that extra punch when mixed in with your opponents. Even your scarabs would benefit from that same power, because of how low their hit is to begin with. Mixing their wounds on 6s with a more reliable hit chance, will allow you to grind more units down and then pull healing up from the technomancer. It may seem more like a preference, but the difference between your two choices here are rather distinct. Either you want your guys to have that extra insurance in getting to their target, or you want them to be more reliable in killing it when they do get there. Though this is probably why technomancers have been such a mainstay in the army at this point. *Edit: Now that I've taken the time to look the codex back over. You're going to really get punished more often than not, especially against armies that have more reliable melee power/weapons as standard. GKs, Custodes, and even Orks. You'll tear through Tau and IG formations though. Perhaps finding enough points to bring ranged weapons on your spiders?

One has to wonder. Do the Tyranids consider drop-assault troops... fast food? |

TomWilton: that IS a good build.
The skorpekh lord seems like flexible discretionary points to me.
Technomamcers without a cloak Do struggle to keep up with turn 1/2 wraiths. The wraiths being used as turn 1/2 rush/control dont seem to benefit much from node bonus. The failsafe overcharger is better and works in command phase.
Spyders and scarabs end up being the scoring units. They don't seem to be as important to recieve control node buff. Although it does help, I can't say its significant enough for all of the moving parts that come with it.
Lichguard and overlord are tremendous sharp durable pointy scary utility knife tool beat stick.
Skorpekhs with chronomancer support by far the killy killy MVPs.
To shoehorn in nightbringer I have been dropping the Skorpekh lord, a spider and some wraiths.
For top table murder, the nightbringer shoehorn feels ok, or drop the skorpekh lord for a 2nd chronomancer and more scarabs.
Thanks all. Your contributions have been helpful and stimulating.

Also. Obsec vs rad wreathed is still a hard decision.
Obsec has turned out to be less significant overall, but has resulted in some close victories that would have slipped away.
