Lets say you summon a unit during the game. A new unit is added to your army. This new unit is not part of any detachment. Your army is no longer organised that all units are in detachments. You lose battle-forged, you dont gain 1CP in the command phase. You lose all your CP, because you are now an unbound army. Am i right ?
Spoiler:

Pg. 244

Battle-forged army
An army organised so all its units are in Detachments.

Unbound army
An army that is not battle-forged.
Battle-forged armies have a pool of command points to spend, unbound armies do not.

Pg. 246

Reinforcement units
If a unit is ever added to a battle-forged army during the battle, it is never considered to be part of a detachment.

Pg. 205

Command phase
If your army is battle-forged, then at the start of the command phase, then at the start
of your command phase, before doing anything else, you gain 1 CP.

Pg. 364

Battle-forged CP bonus
In a players command phase, if their army is battle-forged, they gain 1CP.

Seems legit

Still, no one is going to play it that way because it is so obviously unintentional.

You're quoting the bullet point summary, not the actual rule.
Some missions will tell you to muster a Battle-forged army. A Battle-forged army has a pool of strategic resources called Command points (CPs) with which to purchase one or more Detachments, into which every unit in that army must be organised.
An army is or isn't Battle-forged at the point of mustering, it isn't checked during the battle.

BCB has it, the timing is important. Also, there's this:

"If a unit is ever added to a battle-forged army during the battle, it is never considered to be part of a detachment."

This sentence shows that the army the unit is added to, is still considered to be battle-forged.

"Hard pressed on my right. My centre is yielding. Impossible to manoeuvre. Situation excellent. I am attacking." - General Ferdinand Foch
