If I may suggest you. I would try to find points for PowerKlaws.
Also I would take diffrent trait than Inspiring Leader. Something from Orks traits: Might is Right or Brutally Kunning.
And the last question, do you have more models?

Drop those Gretchins, 3 troops at 500 points are useless.

Make 2x20 boyz squads and replace them with two mek guns or koptas instead. You definitely need firepower and/or some mobility.

It is really hard to destroy a vehicle with just a choppa. You will need a PowerKlaw on your Nobz and Warboss.
And I suggest you to split your Deffkoptas to two units.
They are cheap objectives grabbers.

PK aren't that great at destroying vehicles, but in general ninjaska is right, you need some plan to handle vehicles, otherwise you are guaranteed to lose when you face something like a dread or a battletank.

You warboss with the 'eadwompa and burtal but kunnin' is a good start, maybe add some tankbusta bombs to your boyz mobs (they are free!). Beyond that your collection is really limited, the only other thing I could think off would be a big trakk with supa-kannon.

The only other option would be dropping a kopta to put rokkits everywhere.
