so space wolves, strats on reg sm and units like beasts of nurgle can heroically intervene. The rule for heroic intervention is that if you are within 3 of a unit at the end of the charge phase you can move up to 3" as long as you end up in engagement range. How can a unit do this if only one model is within 3"? Can every single move 3" as long as one makes into engagement range? Otherwise coherency rules would make this pretty useless in so many situations.

Well the Heroic Intervention rules say something about each model in the unit, so the whole unit can move.
