if a unit khorn beserkers charge and in the fightfase kills the unit and then consolidate into an enemy they didnt charge can they then use there
fight twice abilitie to fight the new enemy?? and with the stratagem do it again with a thirt enemy unit

No. They can Consolidate and Pile in, but they can't direct any attacks at units they did not charge, because as a charging unit you can only targets units with attacks that you declared a charge against (or those who performed a Heroic Intervention).

You would have to declare a charge at any potential targets and, unlike 8th edition, if you don't make it into engagement range of ALL units you target, the charge fails.
