so I've sent a few emails/made a few FB postings over the last few days to official GW sources but havent recived an answer, so I figured my hail mary would be to ask if anybody around here knew an answer to this:

My photos are too large and too many (a full set of 8) to send in a single email, so I'm not sure what to do.

Even compressing them into a zip file leaves them as too big to send in a single email.

That leaves me with a couple of options:

A) sending multiple emails with 2 or three pictures each with a title like "Armies on Parade entry 1 of 4/ Armies on Parade entry 2 of 4 etc...)

B)giving access to a google drive file

C)maybe drop box would work?

I'm really at a loss as to what to do without an official answer, and time is ticking away for me to submit an entry I'm really excited to share.

Has anyone encountered this problem before? Does anyone know what to do?

best to post images to public image hosting sites like 'imgur', then send them the link with your entry.

Can you resize the images? Generally a picture fresh from a phone is about as big (physically) as an A3 sheet of paper (or more) so dropping the physical size will significantly reduce their disk size. for posting on forums I go for the largest edge to be between 700-1000 pixels, reducing from nearly 4000. dropping it to 2000 on the biggest side (and cropping if needed) will make it a lot more sendable.
