So w/ Xmas around the corner here my wife wants to get me some models and as much as I'd love to just list off cool units, I also don't want to buy stuff/build/paint I won't potentially need.

All I have so far is a box of Intercessors and Iron Father Feirros (who is yet to be painted because I want up my skills a bit)

Other than that I don't know where to go next.

I'd snag a dreadnought, Iron Hands dreads are supposed to be pretty good

Can't go wrong with a Redemptor Dreadnaught they are great for all marines even better for iron hands, the kit is actually quite decent and not bad to paint. Just make sure you get the full kit and not the easy build one.
