Hey,

I found back into the hobby during the lockdowns and have been dusting of my old armies. I bought my first minis around 2005 (I think) and played until around 2011. For most of that time I went to my local GW store every saturday to paint and play against friends.
That store has closed down since I stopped collecting and playing which dampened my mood for some time. The new store is way smaller and with covid you can't stay there to paint or play a bit. I hope to find some inspiration on this site to compensate for the lack of interaction with other hobbyists.

I also have a question on where to post stuff. Since I am selling off some armies I don't need anymore, so I can expand my main army (Slaanesh CSM), I have some questions about pricing. Where can I find answers without posting in a wrong forum? (I heard that's not a good thing )

That's it for now.

Hello you!

Welcome back to the hobby. I hope you have a good time with it.

For selling you can post on swap-shop. Just read the rules and whats expected of your thread to not give the mod anxiety

For prices, I would look up your item on ebay and find equivalent state I.e. Is it painted, NIB etc. and base your prices of that.

If you need things identified you can post in general discussion I think.

Cheers

Thanks for the advice. I tried looking for prices already, but I didn't find much for the woodelfs models I want to sell.
Also can I delete posts? I created this account because I couldn't login into my older account. Since I found my login details just now I don't need this one and this post anymore...

Mods can delete, but you can’t delete a post, per se.

Just switch over, if you want. No problems.

In terms of pricing, it doesn’t hurt to start higher than you want. Gives you wiggle room for negotiation, and you can always drop your prices over time.

Welcome back!

Thanks! So if a MOD sees this: Can you delete this post so I can post my introduction on my "main account"?

Hi,

Welcome to Dakka
