So, trying to re-implement my old space wolves list from OldHammer in the new game. Not sure how competitive this is by today's standards, but seems like fun?

9 grey hunters in a drop pod, with an HQ accompanying them. Only thing that doesn't work anymore is that I can't put Dreadnoughts in drop pods :(

Any thoughts on how to improve it?

It's definitely fun, and I'm playing classic wolves myself.

I'm just not sold on the librarians and I strongly recommend to spare 15 points to give storm shields to your thunderwolves. Removing 3 plasma pistols could do it.

Grey hunters joined by the captain could have a plasma gun instead of a melta gun, it's two shots instead of one with the safety of re-rolls but it's just a detail. Captain would love a combi melta/plasma too!

Thanks for the suggestions.

I also realized that I think I costed the Tornados wrong.... the default configuration (heavy bolter + assault cannon) is I think supposed to be 80 points? Base cost +5 for the assault cannon (even though it's standard).

I might just drop one terminator to cover that cost increase and then also free up some points for stormshields.
