Hi there,
I am new to this great hobby and have made my first list, can anyone please tell me, if it is good or really bad this list? I am trying to be as flexible in the list as I could, I have very little heavy support in it, but I think I am making up for it on the side of raw man power..

I dont see a ministerium priest which is a buff no big catachan horder group shoild be lacking.
Emoerors conclave likeall vigilis detachments is currently only narrative play.
You arw 14 p oi t over 2000... But have a bunch of luxury crap on yourtanks. If i were to suggest... Mabye lost pair of stormbolter and hk missles... Then legal again. Its fair ithink cause those really supplimwnt but afe not mandatory for tue tanks.

Other then being just a few points over 2000, it doesn't look all that different from the supreme detachments you'd see in 6th. Though I'd suggest you keep most of your heavy weapon squads to one singular weapon profile. Mix and matching special weapons works better for more elite unit types, namely space marines squads and maybe even your scions.
You may also have to adjust for some instances where Legends would not normally be played. Though I haven't seen anyone that is "THAT" much of a stickler yet.
You could also drop some of the special characters and pay for a barebones squad of Ogryns to accompany Straken. I know that it's tempting to just load every character that you can into some of these list, but you are going to end up spending points on something that covers more bases than is needed, or even possible for you to make connect.
Though you are still going to miss out on the ability of those characters to buff their specific army list. Which is one of the main reasons to take characters like Straken & Harker. While Sly Marbo is in a rather strange position at this point in his career.
I suggest you re-organize your command structure and bring along some commissars to keep your losses down, or at least keep the psykers from wounding their own troops.

One has to wonder. Do the Tyranids consider drop-assault troops... fast food? |

I thought inquisitorial mandate lets you take a relic for the inquisitor... double check that. I tend to take blackshroud. Make sure to set the batlescribe regimental doctrine to catachan for it to print that text.
Agree with the comments on tank loadouts and bringing out more of your melee ability with potential addition of a priest. I also second the comments that you might be able to do more with less in the characters department, and the list likely to give up lots of secondary points in 9th (thin their ranks, bring it down, assasinate), which isn't a criticism of the army buliding, just the environment we all have to deal with in 9th.
It ain't a bad list to start out with though. No reason not to run it as you have it and look for what parts are working, and which could morph to bring more to the table.

Thank you very much for your input! that was very kind of you guys!
So I have been fiddling with the list again, and took some of the fluff out from the tanks, I have added more scions in, based on this idea from another tip another guy gave some one else ( i will copy the idea in here)
I have added some ogryns bodygaurd in with slab shildes and got rid of sgt harker..
I could not find the space for a priest, so dont really know who to work around that at the moment since I dont really want to move any of my troops.. I am within the points level now and I have sorted out my heavy weapons team..
So here goes for the " examen" for you guys... Gulp

And here is the copy past from the idea of the scions
Quote
Lambda lions can also profit greatly from an all hotshotlasgun 10 man squad --
with nothing fancy in it, you land it from the valk at 5.1 inches, and that 90 point unit
can get an order from someone for BOTH FRFSRF AND extermination protocol (dual orders require both laurels of command nearby, and a bit of luck. Dual orders with reroll 1's from an aura require also the warlord trait in range to buff. All three are a nightmare made flesh for your foe!).
So you shoot like 37 times, with hotshots, and you can roll an awful lot of hits, and then,
pop the strategem to let any natural wound roll of 6 be a mortal wound.
Even mortarion has cause to fear someone who is going to roll roughly 60 dice to try to get sixes, and just boom, that's all mortals.
Remember, however, you can ALSO pop the strength of those guns up to 4 with a strat (Cause half or under range) and thus,
any 5 you hit wounds with ap-3, and any six you hit is a mortal wound. Or if you are just slaughtering some hapless marines, even easier.
Its not unsituational but its going to do incredible damage to an unready dreadnaught or monster at T7,
and its still a cheap throwaway that could be used almost the same way (only with just FRFSRF and +1 strength) to shred infantry squads
at point blank range.
So if you end up with 2 command squads + one barebones 10 man, that's 250 points where you had been spending 270 for your 2 squads,
but you have gained a LOT of extra ability in that 10 man squad.
Do you need board presence and nothing else? Its 10 guys with a 5++ and a 4+ armor who can go to ground for 3+.
Do you need to kill a keeper of secrets? Its surprisingly probably your best punch to do so. (Hint, don't try, just play around it.)
Must you bring down a knight? Again, 60 shots at a mortal wound. Enemy horde? Subtract out about 30 enemy nids in one blow.
Its even wickedly effective on marine infantry. Against some enemies who can shoot your valkyrie down, its a threat they have to honor --
but it doesn't break your army to lose 10 guys with hslg, and the 2 command squads can wait neatly safe in deepstrike to come down somewhen,
somewhere, ... you know how.
So yeah, I suggest you do that rearrangement dance, which means you are suddenly able to tailor your alpha strike to blow up multimple tanks ...
or to wipe out a huge number of things in a very flexible (if command point expensive) manner. Now your one flyer gives your enemy fits ..
and rememeber you CAN be sneaky pete about it and not have it on the board at all, turn 1.
Nobody expects that.
I know i don't have a val but I thought with deepstrike it would be same outcome anyway.. Based on this idea I think it will make up for the lack of heavy support and give me a more movment room for the troops..
Thank you so much again for taken your time to advice me, I really apricate it!

1. To gain the lambda regiment and the special stratagems you must use a pure lambdan scions detachment. A patrol in your case with 2 troops.. Temp prime and scion comsquad.
Also be aware the lambda strats best use is at short range with BOTH frfsrf and elimination protocols sanctioned orders... Which implies a tempest prime with thelaurels of command relic .. Which is only way to issue double order to one unit.
Valkyrie are a fav unit of mine!!

I whish I could take everything:-D like probably most you guys do to I think :-D
All my scions will be lambdas legion :-)
Because I hope that will make up for my missin basalisk:-S
I tried to fit in the priest and more bullgryns but then it was to much to move away :-/ my hope was 2 bullgryns as a buff for space marins to let them wast time on my bullgryns, so I could focus on taking ground ( that is way I want as many body’s as possible so I can deny deepstrike from the opponent)
2 my troops will be catchan on steel legion and rest Cadia..
In the beginning I was thinking 2 chimars and steel legion to rush up and use the sentinel as back support, then got side track as you can see on my list.. so I think now my main strength will be with scions and troops :-S
Where my weakness is lack of heavy support?
