The original shining spear models are the old jetbikes, just with different bits for the riders.



This picture shows my original Shining Spears with an Autarch I made from a new jetbike, a metal banshee some random bits and a toothpick as a lance.
The old bikes are a tad shorter than the new bikes, but the difference is marginal.

So you could just buy a bunch of new jetbikes and make lances yourself or find some 3D-printed ones.

I don't think the eels work with Eldar models as look and feel, but that is of course subjective. Unless your Eldar are Exodite themed and you have more non-standard models that is.

There was also a guy somewhere in a former Soviet Republic making really nice resin alternative Shining Spears. I found a link to a shop in Canada, which at least gives you a picture.
