No, not out of the box, the parts are different.

Visually based on, but the kit parts are completely different.

More or less this. Its not a "drop in" thing, you will need to do a little work but nothing massive or complex, just plasticard and/or green stuff.

As luck would have it, I have a partially assembled new style Exorcist and a rhino top from a yet-as-unbuilt old Immolator, and will post a few pics later so you can see what needs doing.
