I haven't touched 9E as I haven't played 40k for well over a year - but I'm trying to find if DKOK actually has rules. I did a search on this forum and it seems like "some" of their units are back in the Imperial Armor Codex - but from what I've made out, there are no actual rules for them as a regiment.

Pretty much. DKK are in roughly the same position now that Corsairs were in back in 8th; they technically have rules but they're not really a functional army.

Balanced Game: Noun. A game in which all options and choices are worth using.

DKOK are now like Space Wolves, just a Vanilla Army with a handful of special units. They aren't special in any way now. They have a regimental doctrine in the Imperial Armour book, but it's intentionally crippled and useless.

The sole reason to take DKOK is Laser Rapiers.
