Please excuse my english and do not hesitate to correct my mistakes.

I am a long time lurker and a long time hobbyist (I wont qualify myself a player as I barely play at all), returning into Warhammer 40k after a long break from 2012 to one year ago. I turned away from minis as I had to move from my home because of studies, work, whatever. Now that I'm "settled" I'm slowly going back into the grey plastic drug.

I started collecting 40K in 2001, with the beloved V3 starter box that dived me into the grim darkness of a far future that you know too well. I was mostly into Black Templars and Orks, I also collected some Necron at some point but they were so boring I sold it all (it was before the big Necron overhaul).
One year ago, just before the pande-panic and lockdowns (good timing from me on this one), I met some colleagues that brought me back into painting. I jumped onto the sista bandwagon, as it was an army that has tempted me for a long time but I hated metal minis.

So now I'm collecting :
- Adepta Sororitas, because they are awesome
- Orks, because I love kitbash and generous kits
- Black Templars, because I'm nostalgic

I'm also considering Mechanicus, T'au, and whatever looks cool because why not. I let down the idea of playing any game as I can barely paint 2 minis in a month.

I like painting and I'm slowly trying to do more kitbash. I'm trying to be a better and faster painter and my hope is to have at least a small army before the end of 2021.

I wanted to post some pictures but it seems I can't, so I'll post them in the appropriate category later.
