Nobz have access to melee weapons that cause multiple damage per wound. I suggest you upgrade them to include these, so you can use the nobz as a beat stick unit. Even a couple big choppas would help. Kommandoes are popular right now, though, but die easily. Give your warboss the Killa Klaw relic, it is must-take. No -1 to hit, and you get free rerolls.

You'll probably want the Relic klaw on your warboss. I would drop the Kombi-Rokkit unless you are gonna go with Deffskullz.
If you are Nobz are gonna be that vanilla then, yes, take some Lootaz or Kommandos. If you are using Evil Sunz kulture then you might give the Nobz some Klaws and deepstrike assault with them.
Might as well have 10 grotz if you are gonna take 11, and give someone a 5 point upgrade.

I don't see what clan you are using.
You upgraded the nobz mob, perhap leave one as base nob and upgrade a nob leading a boyz mob. That config is pretty standard, gives you a power klaw with 29 wounds (all the boyz).

Do you already have the models? I'd suggest replacing those 5 Nobz with 3 Meganobz if you can. Same cost, but much more killyness.
Big choppas, power klaws or killsaws for the nobz leading boyz. Drop a Kopta if you struggle with points. You might also want to invest 1CP to give your Weirdboy two powers to cast.
