so i got in a debate with a friend of mine who is playing knights

so we played a game with 1350 points and would use 12 command points so he could use 3 knights
how im understanding the rules is you have to pay 6 cp for fielding 3 titanic units so would left him with 6cp
and then he spend 3 cp point to make all of his knights characters and 3 cp for 2 more relicts.

he said because his warlord is in the supperheavy detachment he get his 6 cp refunded he got this from a
publicaton in factionfocus from 27-6-2020 titans and 28-6-2020 chaos titans.
but having read the rules and hopefull all erattas i can't find the bit were it tells you you get the 6 cp back??

can you help me out.
