Following senario:
I do not give Bjorn any warlord trait. I give him a plasma cannon. I suround him with SW with plasma that he gives re-rolls for. I overload Bjorn and I roll a 1! Oh no! He looses a wound.
Could I pay 1 CP to give Bjorn the Deed Worthy of a Saga, and give Bjorn Saga of the Bear? (Bjorn means Bear in Norwegian so...)

No. The Stratagem to give a unit a Warlord Trait has to be used when you select your army, not during the course of the game.

This stratagem is not about getting a warlord trait but getting the buff when you perform a relevant deed and can be used in any phase...
Anyway the strat cant be used on vehicle models so the answer is "no" , good try though and i think its 2 CP

Bjorn the fell-handed is the dreadnought character (the one who fought alongside Russ himself in the crusades).
i dont know which character you were trying to name, but i dont know SW special characters taht well, and dont know which one can have a plasma cannon. Lukas the Trickster has a plasma pistol, is that who you are talking about?

No. I am messing up the names of the stratagem. One let's you activate a sage on a character with no warlord trait. One requirement for a saga is taking a wound. Bjørn takes a wound when he rolls a 1 on an overcharged plasma. Activate saga of the bear 2 CP. Now he has a 6+++ aura for all those nasty terminators.

Deed Worthy of a Saga cannot be used on a Vehicle. So you can't use it on Bjorn. He can only gain the Saga for his Warlord Trait (Aura of Majesty) if he has it (either as your Warlord or via Warrior of Legend).
