You will probably get rather more traffic over in P&M than here, but I'm sure we would love to see updates! 28mm Napoleonics is quite the ambitious project, but from your other threads it looks like you have plenty of experience. Do you have a ruleset in mind for play or is it more of a modeling project?

If you haven't already, you might consider expanding with an auxiliary unit of the Napoleonic Spanish that will be coming out from Wargames Atlantic, very characterful models that would give you a break from endless red coats.
