Hello all, So every tutorial I have seen for basing has involved doing the bases first and priming then adding the model. I have built and put all the models on my bases and painted most of my army already and now I need to base.

what's the best way to do this GW texture paints I guess now right? also any ideas of good necron basing ideas.

Skip the GW texture paints and get texture paste from literally any other company - they're all going to come in much bigger containers for far less money/oz. Vallejo makes some, I think Ammo by Mig does as well. You can also get them at the art store - I use Liquitex Ceramic Stucco on mine. You can apply all of these and then brush prime, and paint afterwards. I believe the Vallejo ones are already colored and ready for use.
