I think, with our anticipation of the changes to Possessed and marines in general which will come alongside the new CSM book, this list should port over fairly easily when that happens and function fine in the interim. It takes advantage of the Word Bearers trait and available rules.

It's doing a few things right. For example, it's taking Predator tanks in pairs. Always good, even without that old Killshot stratagem. You'll find that the full las predators are pretty swingy but there are some pretty serious threats on the table and if the preds keep cracking away every turn, they're sure to cause some problems.

Depending upon opponent and terrain, I could see you just deploying the possessed occasionally.

With the upcoming changes to Daemon Engines (increased Weapon Skill and Ballistic Skill), I have been less interested in FW units that we must spend CP on but that is just my 2cents. Of course, I understand that this list idea is for the "current" context of CSM and now what we think will happen later. I have just been recommending folks keep those considerations in mind

Yeah not taking the Dredeos has crossed my mind a number of times. Perhaps I should replace with defilers instead. I like the forgeworld models but they're pricey and the things I'm looking for now are out of stock. I was considering decimators and taking out the predators but, perhaps after what you said I should keep the preds. I really love the models so yeah Below is a revised version of the list

Yeah that is why I had Preds in my Thousand Sons and Iron Warriors lists. I couldn't find defilers.
