Looking to try out this list. I wanted to take my core scions list, which has plenty of firepower, and add some annoying durability to it and a manticore for extra long range firepower. The conscripts are there to be annoying and clog up parts of the board/hold objectives... and with wilderness survivors + psychic barrier they walk around with a 3+ save. I jave a few psykers in there with wyrdvane + prime to make things selectively more durable or do mortal wounds (reliably with their strategm). Thr Commisar is a warlord for the extra order or orders to conscripts if need be. Thoughts?

Great list, literally cant comment on anything other than the lack of bullgryn

I have said it before, you should go ahead and buy the laurels of command for that second prime so that he can (potentially) give a unit both frfsrf AND elimination protocols, when you step them out at short range and slap the gifts of the mechanicum strat for mortals on them.

Also, you are paying for 2 plasma pistols which are now a zero point item! You have 10 points to spend and you could put 2 more free plasma pistols in the army. Perhaps a pair of stormbolters for the autocannon tanks (which suffer from a lower rate of fire per tank)?

Still, a terrifyingly well built army!
