Have you guys checked out the new Terrain Tinker kickstarter?
I have been playing round with the beta at work and it is a lot of fun. Best bit is when your done it will either mesh the tiles together to print a whole room or give you the list of parts that you need to print, so you can quickly build a dungeon or tavern and then export it for your home games.
I recommend giving it a look. They are in partnership with Printable Scenery too so if you already own the sets on their site you can link your accounts and get the models for free!
Check it out here, and I highly recommend having a play with the Beta, so good! https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/terraintinker/terraintinker?ref=ay9k7o

Fix the link for you, do you have any pics of stuff you have made yourself with it?

I made this 2-story guard house and printed it as the full combined building.

My experience has been a bit tarnished by my impatience. I have a designed street layout and decided, "I am going to print buildings!" Well, maybe I was too ambitious, but after the 3rd big building (no interiors, just the exteriors as after the group enters a building you pick up the building and lay down the floor plan to play) and still having about 9-10 more to go, my enthusiasm quickly waned. FDM printing just takes so long to get decent results and my resin printer has spoiled me.

However, I really like your building! What printer do you have and what layer, infill, etc?

We have a mixture of Ender 3's and Prusa I3's. This one was done on one of the Prusa's.

I have an Ender 3 Pro and it looks like I will get it fired up again to print an enormous victorian birdhouse my wife wants. I just cut it into 9 parts and it will take the better part of two weeks!
