Coteaz has the ability to put more psyker support into an army as the cost of 1 cp, but he can cost the enemy 1cp as well and is better vs 3w and t3 models in cc

Hector rex can cast 2 main supporting powers without burning cp, is a better psychic denial, can teleport, and is more durable. He is a little bit better at killing 2w t4 models in cc

Trying to workout which one I want supporting my catachan melee oriented army with ~100 infantry including a full bullgryn and conscript blob.

Warding incantation (5++ conscripts) and psychic fortitude (keep conscripts brave) is my major powering i would desire.
