Hi all, I’ve started collecting GSC and I’ve done some research and I’ve found I want to use the Bladed Cog cult for my army. Sadly though I’m not fully won over by their colour scheme. I think the teal colour on the cloth areas look to bright for my liking.

So my question is will it be acceptable to use a darker tone of blue and still carry them off as the Bladed Cog?

You can paint your models however you like.

i painted mine with bleugrey pants and shirts(sleeves) and gray armour and i will play them as every cult i like or need to play to get my oponent

Paint your models how you want to paint your models. If your opponent disagrees with the shade of blue on their pants, should you really be playing with them? At least your models will be painted, which is a lot more than some people can say.

I use russ grey qnd drakenhoff nightshade for my monstery skin, Thunderhawk blue for my clothes. Russ grey looks really great on my bladed cog stuff.
