Hey all. Taking a crack at preparing a 9ed list. But not at all sure what is currently competitive.
Here is what I have so far:

3 Drop Pods [70 ea] and Rhino w/ 2x Storm Bolters [85]
The idea here is to run the small units in the Drop Pods, the Eradicators in the Rhino, the Captain tags with the bikes, the Librarian tags with the Aggressors. The Captain is designed tough, plus you have to slag the attack bikes to get at him. The Librarian buffs the defensive features of the Aggressors while providing some extra melee support. The large unit might sit on a home point or join the aggressors so I can use the Self Sacrifice stratagem.
The Captain has T7, +1 W, regains a W every turn and forces -1 to wound. So even after you slag the attack bikes you have to throw a lot of high str attacks to get a chance to really hurt him. Plus I have a strat that let's him get back up on a 50%.
Given you have to choose between his unit, the aggressors, the Rhino or the first turn Drop Pods you might not notice the land speeder flank you.
I feel like it mixes dynamic movement with toughness and a blend of heavy hitting options for most types of units.
I was debating between Aggressors and Centurions. Also not sure about the tac squads or the terminator Armour on the Lib. Maybe some Primaris all around Also? Save some points and increase the elites section. Also debated between the Salamander's Mantle and Promethean Plate for the Captain. Thoughts?

So I ended up refining my army after some consideration. The HQ choices are the same. But here is the refined version of the list:
Troops
6 x Assault Intercessors - Hand Flamer, Power Sword on sarge.
5 x Intercessors - Hand Flamer, Bolt Rifles.
5 x Intercessors - Hand Flamer, Stalker Bolt Rifles.
7 x Tactical Squad - Multi-Melta, Meltagun, Combimelta.
5 x Tactical Squad - Flamer
Elites
3 x Aggressors with Flamestorm Gauntlets.
3x Aggressors with Flamestorm Gauntlets
5x Terminators - Chainfists and one heavy flamer. Teleport upgrade.
Fast Attack
2 x Assault Bike - Multimeltas
1x Assault Bike - Multimelta
1 x Assault Bike - Multimelta
Heavy Support
4 x Eradicators
3 x Eradicators
Troop Transport
1 x Drop Pod
1 x Rhino - 2x Storm Bolters
In this version of the list, both Eradicator squads go in the Rhino, the Melta tac squad goes in the drop pod. The Intercession are going to sit on a home point and provide supporting fire. The Librarian and Captain are doing the same thing, remaining surrounded by the Aggressors or Bikes but now have more to defend them. Now, if once the Librarian makes it close to the enemy some but Aggressors are dead, the Terminators will Teleport in as support. The Drop Pod provides an early game flank or objective seizing. Focusing on the Bikes or Aggressors will generally leave the Rhino untouched, or vice versa. Hoping to force the enemy to split their focus three-way while being able to maneuver around. One Tac squad generally unassuming with only a flamer is going to try to run to another objective, and the assault intercessors run for another.

you really need to go back to the drawing board and learn the rules for Marines, tbh.
* You can't put Primaris into Rhinos at all.
* You can't run both a special and a heavy weapon in Tac Squads with less than 10 Marines.

There are rules for the Marines? I just thought I would do whatever I wanted...
Can Primaries use drop pods?
I could potentially replace the two tac squads with one, then field them as combat squads, one with a flamer and the other with a combimelta and multimelta. Then the combi/multi could ride in the Rhino and the Eradicators could drop in.
But I am doubting the benefit of using a Rhino on five marines. This leaves me wondering if I should make that change and trade the Rhino in for more Terminators, Aggressors or Eradicators.

I still want to know about that first tac squad that you equipped with a multimedia mp3 player. Seriously? I can't find that option. also, I would if it were me, take one terminator fewer, as 5 is below "blast" and six triggers some bad things (like a full six plasma shots per intercesser shooting at you, rather than an average of 2), and thus have poitns to make 3 x 5 man tac squads with a muti .. melta each. That's some pretty good fire support from 24 inches away, for all that they don't love being moved around. IF you are going to move them a lot, then the same price gets you two combimeltas to run forward with and still pop off 2 melta shots at enemy armor. Albeit from much closer.

That marine is a particular fan of relics from Old Terra. He worked with the Forge Master in order to rediscover some classical music from a long forgotten era sometimes referred to in the tracks as the '90s'.
