How is this for an Iron Warriors 1000 point army? The idea is to have the Prince soak up attention and maybe deal some damage, have the 10 marine squad in the Rhino to head to deep objectives, the two smaller ones to take others and provide support as needed, and the Havocs rain pain on heavier targets and possibly swarms with frag missiles.

I'm not sure about the Mark of Khorne on the Daemon Prince. Sure you get +1 attack but you miss out on psychic. Unless you planned to spend 3 CP to fight twice it probably isn't worth it. More likely to get more mileage out of the Prince with Mark of Slaanesh and give him the Intoxicating Elixir, for the +1 attack and +1 strength, and take Warptime for psychic.
I'd recommend dropping the Icons of Excess from your CSM squads. The Icon of Excess only comes into play when playing against Imperium, so is useless against Xenos, and only has value in melee. Your CSM squads aren't outfitted for melee so it just comes across as wasted 30pts.
Not sure the combi-melta is worth it on a Rhino, typically a Rhino isn't there to do damage.
Taking out the icons and swapping the combi-melta for a combi-bolter should put you at 920pts, giving you 80pts to fill out your list with.
My suggestion would be something fast and/or melee focused, like Raptors.

Definitely a solid core of chaos marines, but seems to lack a bit of staying power for 1K, and anti-infantry. Obliterators are amazing as IW and give you deep strike options. Cultist blobs are good at holding objectives and IW let you use them as meat shields for more valuable squads. Just a thought if you haven't actually purchased anything yet.
