hello everyone, I've been reading the 40k books off and on for years but only recently bought into the miniatures. I've been watching ebay for cool sets, i saw a bunch of sets posted recently from the same guy of vehicles. Some of which ive been able to identify and some i havent. Can anyone tell me what this particular one is (the walker)? and if its even 40k? trying to price out his sets so I can figure out if theyd be a good buy to beef up my non existent armor divisions

Looks like a kit bash - Defiler legs connected to a Predator turret.

Looks like the original maker was trying to make a Stalk Tank. A sort of Lost and Damned type Daemon Engine.

Thank you both, I thought they were defiler legs but wanted to make sure they weren’t some weird out of print thing. Appreciated!

That looks like a nice set of Renegade Guard tanks surrounding it too. But yeah, that's definitely Defiler legs attached to a Predator Autocannon turret kitbash. Pretty cool looking and I can imagine it would be terrifying to face down. Wonder where the other three Defiler legs went though. Is there a second one of those in that collection? That's actually a nice little kitbash too. You get four vehicles for the price of three, plus if you magnetize it you can switch back the Defiler and the two Predators for additional options. Of course, the kitbash probably doesn't have any official rules.
