Is he getting rules? Are they in the book?

If not - Are we supposed to look at our shoes and whistle when someone asks about no rules no model no model no rules? Don't get me wrong, I'm more than happy to see people use him as a generic, or make their own "him" or use him as "him". But I'm not above enjoying a little wondering how that is going to play out as they sell the book set.

Yeah, he gets his own unique rules, they showcased them in one of the WarCom articles. Not sure where they're published though.
