Thank You. That got the flag removed.

Not sure if Tomb Blades all need Shieldvanes, you could save 10-15 points here
Most Players aren't sold on the Reanimators. They are NOT the greatest, but they have done their job well enough. If my opponent goes first, they tend to get shot, and only after that does my opponent realize that they didn't pour any shots into the Warriors which are going to do the damage. My opponents have learned to leave them alone if they go first since I don't have any shielding up, and the stratagem can only get 1 beam up if I need it. Doing that has only put a target on that specific Reanimator, or more likely, my opponents just focus down the other Warrior units because of how the timing works.
If I go first, I get to Beam up the 3 Warrior squads, 2 of them getting the Chrono Protection. Playing aggressive as Mephrit on this list allows me to put more threats in my opponents face that the Reanimators become a less important target. My last few games, I've had 1-2 of them up at the end of the game. There is usually nothing for them to Beam by that point, but they're alive while my Warriors aren't, so they're staying in for now. I'd plan on eventually getting 2 more for fun. The other advantage I've enjoyed with them comes from them being in Mephrit. Their Atomiser beams are 15" range and
AP -3 if within 7.5", and being Assault weapons, they'll keep up with the Warriors. Not a big boost, but not as restrictive as they are in other armies. The Drop to 80 points allows me to keep them with some points to flex around with.
The Shieldvanes are more of an afterthought. No, they don't need them and them, but there aren't enough points for Shadowlooms and freeing up the points won't get me another Tomb Blade. Running Mephrit makes Nebuloscopes a waste of points. There are only a handful of units in the game where ignoring a Cover save vs. -3
AP would even have an impact. Anything worth shooting with a high enough save will probably have an invul that would kick in. There is an incredible amount of pressure from this army that it would be even more rare where the Tomb Blades would be the ONLY unit in a position to do that. I still have the Solar Pulse Stratagem which would allow any of the Warrior units to also remove cover. I could get another Scarab base. I don't see it being that effective since right now they're just there to die if my opponent goes first.
I'm eager to get my Flayed Ones back on the table to see how they are in this edition. I currently only have 10 of the new ones, so I gotta wait till they get their own box released to field the full 20. Dropping the Reanimators and Shieldvanes puts me at 2k on the nose. That's all dependent on none of the other points changing in 2 weeks, if any other changes are coming.
