I'm working on some scatter terrain and would like some help finding posters that I can use on the buildings and I would also love one of those molds that you can use to make uniform cable out of green stuff can anyone get me a link to these products?

You can find lots of printable posters with google. There is also a set of posters available for download on Warhammer Community website:

For cables of all sorts, I can recommend Roll Maker from Greenstuffworld.

That place is the harsh dark future far left with only war left.

Bass guitars strings make pretty good cables if all you want to do is lay them among some rubble or run them along a wall. The handmade GS ones are a better choice for more detailed work. Styrene rods in various diameters make good conduit to alternate textures with the cables. You can also run actual wire, but it needs a good primer to hold paint properly. If you're detailing walls, get some styrene angle stock to conceal messy corners and some flat stock for trim, access panels, and the like. Anything you can do to break up flat surfaces will give you something to dry brush later on.
