Okay, here's my constructive criticism.

Battalion:
I'm not sure what Ionian is, I'm guessing that's the name of your custom regiment.

- Regiment Doctrines: Get rid of Gunnery Experts and put the Manticore in the second Spearhead. Instead have both Disciplined Shooters and Wilderness Survivors.

- HQ: Don't waste your points on upgrades, especially don't waste relic slots on improving those weapons. Guard characters are terrible at close combat, and you don't even have a close combat focused regiment. I would suggest Kurov's Aquila, it's not amazing but it could get you some extra CP.

- Troops: The same thing applies to you Infantry Squads. You've given them too many upgrades. I would only ever suggest giving them 1 special weapon or 1 heavy weapon. Not both.

This is especially true considering you're giving those units melta guns. You need them to move to get in range.

- Elites: My opinion on the Commissar is the same as the Company Commanders. Drop the power fist, and save the CP for in-game stratagems.

- Fast Attack: It's fine that you like Sentinels. Personally I don't think they're worth it, too expensive for too little firepower. At the very least though put the Sentinels with the same weapons together. Have a unit of 3 autocannons and a unit of 3 lascannons.

- Heavy Support: Move the Manticore to the spearhead detachment. Also give it the Full Payload support ace.

Spearhead:

- Regiment Doctrines: You don't have any demolisher cannons. I would recommend swapping all the leman russ tanks to demolishers. If you literally don't have the models then just use Gunnery Experts and Jury-Rigged repairs.

- HQ: Drop all the vehicle upgrades, they aren't worth it. You can keep the plasma cannons if you want.

- Fast Attack: Assuming you take Jury-rigged Repairs you should put all of your Sentinels here.

- Heavy Support: Move the Manticore here. Spearheads have 6 heavy support slots.

With the remaining points try and squeeze in more infantry, or vehicles. Guard is an army of redundancy. More is better than something with upgrades.

Also note, you can only take tank commander twice. Once with 1 CP, and a second time by swapping your warlord trait.

thank you for your advice
ill definetly take the manticore and sentinels to the spearhead and rearrange the weapons loadouts.

Three missile sentinels with hunter-killers is good if you plan to use "strike first, strike hard" in your opening turn.

I generally break up my infantry and armor into either two batallions, or a batallion and a patrol depending on just how much of either I aim to take.
I usually give the infantry group DIsciplned shooters and Wilderness Survivors, and the armor group generally gets gunnery experts and spotter details.
Would definately use as many Demolisher TCS as you can, and then it's judgement as to how many long vs. short range russ tanks you want in the rest of the list.
