I think we need a little more info here. What are you trying to achieve exactly? Are you wanting represent something from another army using his rules? Or do you just not like the model, and in that case what about it is putting you off?

I am considering aquiering the model. But it is far to exspensive for my wallet. So I guess that means I do not like the model.
Closest count as I have seen is the tyranid Toxicrene as some sort of strange god beast.

Are you expecting to play any competitive games with it? If so, a lot of people will expect a model with a similar height, so the difficulty hiding it behind scenery is similar.

How tall is Kargnos? Those Nid moddels are damn high. Although a trygon might be better suitet.

Including the base he's as big as a Mega Gargant. Hence the price!
Automatically Appended Next Post: You might be thinking of the Tyranid Trygon? They're pretty tall. Put one on a big rock and you're probably in a reasonable ball park.

Just at a glance I'd say look into 3d printing something similar. There are some good dudes out there who can get you a correctly sized printed model for a much cheaper price. I've also found that larger models work great for 3d printing (especially on a budget)
