Pretty simple, what units do you think are over-powered? what needs a nerf either in points or rules/stats

To start I think the ad-mech chicken-walkers definitely need a point increase, would be somewhat nice to see all las-cannons and autocannons get a buff but perhaps more like roll a d6 and ignore 1 damage on las-cannons, as well as point decreases in the hands of most imperial-guard/astra-militarum platforms.

Space-marine multi-melta attack bikes I feel as just too powerful now for their points, especially in raven-wing where they can get a free jink save.

Blade guard veterans seem to be taken in too many competitive lists too commonly.

The ad-mech stratagems that allow their basic troops to get extreme buffs like turning their heavy 2 into rapidfire 2 is pretty over-powered in a group of 20 models.

Dark Eldar.. almost seems to be their codex is pretty well balanced just their point costs are too low, obviously the problem is more complicated but I don't follow them that much.

This new "core" rule seems to have nerfed the "battle-tank" role too much imo.

I can think of quite a few more but these are the most common I seem to come across in my head.

Major change I'd like to see if from an immersion standpoint. I'd like for the Transhuman and all derivatives which bar all wound rolls below 4 to have a caveat that it does not apply to high strength weapons.

Always seemed silly to me that the massive armaments of a Titan can still only wound a Space Marine with Transhuman Physiology on a 4+.

The whole point of those abilities is that they only apply to high strength weapons.
I agree I think they're silly and I don't like them though.

Tough to say at the present moment as we are currently sitting at a state where there haven't been many major events with either the new Admech dex or the new Drukhari nerfs in place.

Lots of rumbling that Admech are super busted, but we have yet to really see the proof in the pudding on that, and we also do not know how much the removal of the top layer of the most competitive cheese getting sliced off will hurt the drukhari.

Sisters seems aggressively middle of the road, I'm not expecting spectacular performance from them personally, it really seems like both Admech and Drukhari had the real questionable gak in terms of hyper-efficient units, wacky army-wide rules and crazy ludicrous stratagems.

"Got you, Yugi! Your Rubric Marines can't fall back because I have declared the tertiary kaptaris ka'tah stance two, after the secondary dacatarai ka'tah last turn!"

"So you think, Kaiba! I declared my Thousand Sons the cult of Duplicity, which means all my psykers have access to the Sorcerous Facade power! Furthermore I will spend 8 Cabal Points to invoke Cabbalistic Focus, causing the rubrics to appear behind your custodes! The Vengeance for the Wronged and Sorcerous Fullisade stratagems along with the Malefic Maelstrom infernal pact evoked earlier in the command phase allows me to double their firepower, letting me wound on 2s and 3s!"

"you think it is you who has gotten me, yugi, but it is I who have gotten you! I declare the ever-vigilant stratagem to attack your rubrics with my custodes' ranged weapons, which with the new codex are now DAMAGE 2!!"

"...which leads you straight into my trap, Kaiba, you see I now declare the stratagem Implacable Automata, reducing all damage from your attacks by 1 and triggering my All is Dust special rule!"
