I was engaged in melee using an Ork Kommando (2 attacks) carrying a Burna and a Choppa. I used the Burna for its melee profile. The Choppa has in it's notes "Each time the bearer fights, it can make 1 additional attack with this weapon." There are two ways that this can be read:
1. The Kommando is fighting, and so gets an extra attack with the choppa i.e. 2 with Burna +1 additional with the Choppa, or
2. in order to get the +1 attack with the choppa, I need to already be attacking with it so would have 3 x Choppa attacks.
We rolled it out anyway and it wouldn't have made a difference, but would be interested in your take on it. Also, as a side question, given that I have 2 attacks naturally, can I use them separately, i.e. 1 x Burna and 1 (+1) with the Choppa?
