So, some background here, I got some space marine models a while ago after being inspired by Jchrispole's Scornful Tides setting for Warhammer
40k on deviantart (basically it takes place on an ocean planet.

Anyways that inspired me to do my first army, an aquatic Salamanders Successor Chapter called the Sea Drakes, they hail from an ocean planet, are somewhat based off of East Theater WW2 U.S. soldiers. But I'll cover them later when I get to actually working on the fluff and the chapter painting. My big question is, well, what would be good for aquatic basing (like they're fighting underwater), and what would be some necessary conversions for the actual models before I paint them.
Here is a kitbashed librarian I made from a tactical marine and a primaris librarian helmet after I got fed up with the latter because his right leg wouldn't stick. What would you recommend that I add to him to make him look like a librarian?
