Ilhadiel on Patreon does some very GW-esque High and Dark Elves, and you get access to the entire catalogue for as long as you're subscribed. They're working on Dark Elves now, but have covered pretty much every High Elf unit from 8th ed WFB as multi-part 'kits' (also great for kitbashing). Not the most detailed or dynamic sculpts, but great ic you're after an army with a comsistent style.

Avatars of War have some great Orc and Goblin characters, they're not the easiest ro support and print but well worth the effort.
