Did the recent Taliban 'Revenge Revolution' truly beneficial to their most recent benefactors particularly Xi Jinping's China and Vladimir Putin's Russia? Will it fulfills Chinese quest to reach Indian Ocean which began since Qing Era under the reign of Qianlong Emperor. (Qing - Kaungbaung Wars which more or less concurrent with Seven Years War in Europe, Qianlong claimed a casus beli as to secure access to Indian Ocean for mercantile purpose.).
