Ok I get it this is a buggy boy forum. I’ll leave you all to argue about scrapjets for 30 more pages. But remember I was the guy who told you Goff green tide is still alive and well. Go try for yourself.

Out of curiosity, what armies do your usual opponents play? I play Goffs against DG, BA, or Necrons usually and my boys almost never survive more than 2 turns unless they are cowering behind LOS blocking terrain, 30 man blob or not.

ObSec Killa Kanz would be sweet.

Even if the Dreadwaaagh rule was to make Deff Dreads and/or Killa Kanz Core, that would be great.

I would love to run a spearhead of nine Deff Dreads and fifteen Kans and it actually be viable.

Deff Dreads should have been a Core unit from the start, not being able to advance and charge during a Waaagh is silly. They just don't move fast enough right now to compete with other options and tend to die before reaching combat unless you bring a KFF and super charge it for a turn.

Looks like buggies got the nerfbat in the new rules update. https://www.warhammer-community.com/2021/11/09/game-balance-is-at-the-heart-of-this-official-warhammer-40000-rules-update/

Edit: No point hike but now limited to 1 unit of each buggy for your army.

Looks like my Dread-Waaagh! list is going to need to change pretty dramatically, not being able to deploy them in squads of 2 or three pretty much kills the list.
