the 20 warrior squad needs a weapon choice.

Otherwise it's fine

Your Cyrptothralls that move 5" are going to have trouble keeping up with your cloaked Technomancer that moves 10".

What do you use the Preatorians for? The Lychgaurd would be your Overlord's escort and they cant go in a Ghost Arc, so they seem like they'd get picked off rather easily being only a unit of 5 and not having great range.

Hard to know exactly what else to adjust since you don't list what Dynistic Codes you're using. Your army seems like a mix of a lot of things, so it's hard to guess.

Looks more like a fund of units than an army list.
