Does anyone have a size comparison for the new plastic DK models with the older Forgeworld ones?

No pictures, but it was extremely close between a Quartermaster and the ones I've built so far. The major difference is in the gas mask details. Guns are a built bulkier too, I guess?

The heads seem wider on the plastic as the helmet flairs a fair bit more, but they actually might be thinner than most of the forgeworld which is interesting. The guns are a lot bigger though, though forgeworld DKoK lasguns are tiny.

The new plastic are a bit more squat/dynamic posed than some of the forgeworld with some being more upright, but they seem to be pretty much the same height wise.

I think they will blend fine in a game but I think the differences are fairly noticeable.

Thanks everyone. Thinking of getting a command squad but will wait it out I think. See what else is in the pipeline for the plastic range. Was pleased to see the Veteran bits were an extra sprue and the main spruces were just a normal guard squad.

My prediction is that the 2 big sprues are going to be an everyday infantry squad (everyone can be lasgun guys plus one special weapon) and the extra sprue will likely be in a command squad box. All they need to do after that is a heavy weapon squad and some sort of Commander and its basically ready to be a full army release
