I do not see a pic, but an arbitrary line or pattern in FDM printing I find is usually caused by some sort of temporary nozzle issue - normally caused by a blocked nozzle. It can only be slightly blocked for a layer or two, but enough to disrupt the flow of filament for a time.
If not happened before or after, this would be my educated guess. If you print the piece again and it occurs in the exact same spot, then it could be a glitch in the file or your machine has possibly a binding issue at the spot/height or such.
