Both the new app and warscroll builder allow me to take the new Sloggoth and a Mega Gargant legally in a Gloomspite Gitz army. Is this an error or intentional?

Sloggoth is orruk warclan which is now gits ally(ghb). Mind you i would wait for faq before trusting the +1 to hit stay for all.

As for mega gargants you can get 1 as mercenary(but then no other allies) and 1st turn you lose cp you get for general.

Well I'm hoping the Sloggoth will still do +1 to hit but we will see. It is hopefully going to be still good for my Troggoth army

Certainly good if it stays but i have seen enough of gw i wouldn't buy it as ally. We know it will get errata(no way inability to use it in kruleboy army is intentional) so might just as well wait.

Note you can't take both at same time. Gargant prevents other allies.

I understand that the Gargant has the rule, I'm just saying that the app and warscroll builder both say it's legal to have the Gargant and Crawla in the same list strangely

Well app has plenty of bugs.

Never use any app whatsoever as rule. They all have errors. Best is to know rules yourself

That is fair, since it was not just the app but also warscroll builder. I agree it's illegal per the rules
