Either list looks viable but a few common suggestions for both lists. Firstly, change up the battlecannons for demolishers. The smaller board size and the doctrines you have make them a much better damage dealer. Second try and find some space for bullgryns. You have no melee defense at all.

As these lists are something I already own what woulud you prioritise bulgryns or or another Demolisher?

Well in general if you max out on tanks if the enemy is ill-equipped to fight armour you are better off. But if they are equipped to fight tanks you are dead a lot faster. Bulgryns launched from safety like from a Valkyrie can hit and tie something up, but can be taken down by many of the same weapons that mince tanks.
