I have always wanted to have a 3D Space Hulk set! (But not badly enough to make it myself). This looks fantastic. Got a couple questions for you if you don't mid...

Group 2 looks like it is nearly sufficient to mimic the full Space Hulk game. It does not appear to have 4-tile or 5-tile hallway pieces. Is this true? Door locations outside of room entrances look like they are limited too

Would this be conducive airbrushing it while unassembled and then assembled when painting is completed?

Thank you. Tile Group Two does not exactly mimic the boards but offer an approximation to make a 3d version.

Airbrushing: Yes it works well spraying it flat and then assembling. Before painting it is necessary to varnish the boards so they do not absorb the water based paint. The ones we painted in the video were varnished first and it works great.

I hope this info helps. All the best

Given your main market is Space Hulk players, I’d definitely offer a complete equivalent set. Missing pieces will just make people skip this system.

A version with 40mm or more squares would also be good for modern Terminators owners.

For me, the joy is in putting some good-looking models on the board and playing out a fantasy battle - not arguing over the poorly-made rules of some 3rd party who neither has any power over my play nor will be visiting me (and my opponent) to ensure we are "playing by the rules"
