Limits on flyers and ork buggies, new points for admech and dark eldar, significant expansion of core units in necrons, and obsec and "counts as 5/10 models" rules for Knights factions to improve their objectives scoring.

What is dakka opinions on these changes? I haven't done a comparison of the points changes so I don't know how much they have/have not effected those armies, but the changes in necrons and knights seem like nice little powe boosts, even if they don't set the meta on fire.
