You've got a 'fun' list.
Guide & Doom or Executioner for the Farseer. Jinx/Protect and *sigh* Embolden for the other, but stick to using Smite. Look up Children of Prophet, from one of the 8e suppliments, to help casting powers.
10 pack of Guards is fine, and then 3x5 the
DAs.

Both the WK and Lynx are too porky without enough guns to justify their use; that said, if they fit within 2k points, eh, have fun. Field the WK with his Shim-Shield and volume guns, so ScatLas or StarCans.
To get an idea of the present imbalance, there are filthy
SM 'Relic Contemptor Dreadnaughts' from
FW. They weigh in way less than <200 points, and put out twice the Lynx's fire power. The lynx has 9 shots; the Volkite guns on the RCD pump out 16, similar
STR, no
AP, 2 damage per wound. And it has a couple more guns.
"Dark Lance" guys? Do you mean Dark Reapers?

Serpents should be near naked ... Windriders are under gunned and over priced, so go near naked.
I think the Yncarne can be good, but in the hands of a really good player (unlike me).

I don't play well, but i do know good elvish lists. Unfortunately, Craftworlds are behind the points & gunning curve for 9e armies, 1k Sons, Sisters,
DE, AdMech and others that punch hard.
Good news is the rumor mill is running hard with a new 'dex with promising goodies, likely due this Spring. Learn the game's mechanics while getting beat.
