I got my paws on 20 phobos marines.

I want to make 15 Incursors.

Convert up 6 eliminators.

Convert up 1 phobo libarian.

But that makes *checks notes* 22 models.

I am lacking 2 phobos models.I have plenty of unbuild interscessor models lying around. How hard would it be to mix the parts from 2 interscessors out among the 15 incurors. Do you think it will look to dumb?

Most of the visual recognition is going to be in the head and shoulderpads. Toss a few pouches and keep the paint job the same and it should be OK.

Alternatively, I don’t know what your plans are for converting the eliminators, but if you get one box of those you end up with enough spare rifles and such to turn some of the other phobos bodies you have into another 3 snipers with minimal effort.

10 incursors are around 400 norwegian crown.
3 eliminators are around 300 norweguan crow.

I ordered some rifle barrels online. Remove the barrels, glue them on the incursor guns. Add a cameo cloak, now I have 6 cheap eliminators.

(Since I am playing space wolves who are from a fantasy setting I figured I would make the cloak out of DnD displace beast. It should be an easy green stuff job. And a fun reference.)

When I started this project I was planing on using the phobos lieutenant that I get. But it is a bit dumb to waste him on making a sniper. And the more I though about it the more I liked the idea of the psyker. Hence I am lacking 2 models.

Another option is to find someone willing to swap. Reivers have been included in a lot of bundles, and have very lackluster rules. If you have spare intercessors kicking around, someone would probably take them off your hands in exchange for the chaff in their pile of shame.

I figured it out. Ordered two models and some parts I needed online. Kitbashing the psyker turned out great!
