I don't own a Taurox. Could somebody be so kind to check if the Taurox top hatch would fit over the hole in the Chimera front hull part? That would be great, thanks.

Yes, the Taurox hatch fits the Chimera hull.

The hatch's inner ring is a little smaller than the hole and has a bit of room to move, but the outer ring covers the hole just fine and you won't have any gaps. You just have to be careful to center it correctly when you glue it in.

Also if you want the hinge to face straight to the back, you're going to have to remove a rivet on the hull.
