Is this a "friendly" enough DE list? Getting back into playing and don't want to be that guy that brings competitive lists to my LGS. Just started with the combat patrol boxes and not sure if I should grab some more fluff. I figure, that if I don't bring cult and coven, I'm not bringing full strength. Also, I've read ravagers aren't the best right now. If I should make alterations that will help me learn kabal and not be the WAAC guy, please let me know!

Yes, this is 'friendly', as it is not Black Heart, you've no wych patrols from Cult of Strife, and no Talos/Chronos.
